I had some difficulty finding what I needed on the website and so I contacted excalibur and they were extremely helpful. They quickly got me set up with what I needed and even adjusted my appointment at the last minute to better suit me. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received.

I called Justin because we were looking to change our insurance needs over. He was able to take on our trailer insurance and our auto insurance. We did not switch our house insurance as he wanted to insure it for higher than what we have now and we didn't want to do that. Maybe later we will.

Experience was overall ok. Was disappointed that the company could not find me cheaper insurance. It was recommended to me to work with Excalibur but again I wasn't sure if there would have been a cheaper rate found somewhere.

By far the best customer service I have ever received from an insurance company. Not only did they treat me with kindness and respect, they also did everything they could to make sure I was able to get the lowest premium possible as a high risk driver. I highly recommend this company, especially for those having trouble finding a company willing to accept them and be given a reasonable premium due to being a high-risk driver!

My overall experience was good, however there were some minor set backs. The broker needed information from the licensing office before i could be provided with coverage, but I had to go back and forth with the office in order to get this information. This is because the licensing office did not want to give out the information without coverage, but the broker requested the information in order to receive my coverage. The entire process could have been planned in a way that made it easier on me, so I didn't have to go to the licensing office multiple times in one day.
