I actually started on a different booking website. When I booked our house, I was texted by Evolve for the rest of the rental process. Everything went very smoothly from that point forward. There was just the right amount of communication from Evolve, and every contact with Evolve was quite fast. (Before I received this offer to review I had already determined I would start with Evolve on the next vacation!) I have used other rental sites, and I have to say this was the smoothest one yet. I recommend Evolve to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

Excellent experience altogether. I contacted Evolve about adding the pets fee to our stay as well as requesting an early check in. They were prompt to respond and extremely kind and accommodating in their conversations with me.

Girlfriend and I stayed in town for the 2023 eclipse and had a great stay! Daniel was an amazing host. He reached out the day of our stay to help with directions and provide check in info. He also responded within minutes of us sending a text on the day of our checkout. The property was great as well. It's just far enough out of Santa Rosa to see the night sky well, and also has a beautiful view of the nearby mountains. With Santa Rosa being less than a 10 minute drive away, it was nice having privacy along with the convenience of going into town. The property was clean, and had every amenity we could want. For anyone that has an interest in astronomy, the site is also great for stargazing. We brought our telescopes out and could easily see many objects in the Messier catalog with a small refractor. Couldn't recommend highly enough, if we're in the area we'll be booking again.

Using Evolve was easier than I anticipated. We typically have issues for which we need to reach out to the hosts to resolve. Evolve made the reservation and check-in/check-out processes seamless. We never needed to reach out to the hosts once. The one time we did have a question (how to pay the pet deposit), my interaction with Evolve was quick and easy.

We contacted the Evolve team twice during our recent stay. We couldn't figure out the multiple remote control devices and had a small issue with the plumbing. In both instances we were able to talk to the Evolve contact immediately and she was able to resolve both issues in a timely manner. She was personable and very helpful. We would definitely book through Evolve again.

Using evolve and VRBO for the same reservation was a little clunky. I would have preferred working with one entity 100% vs using both. I didn't like it. It required too much duplication (accounts, passwords, communication, etc.). Given the choice, I'd use VRBO or AirBNB direct and eliminate the contact with evolve. I didn't see any added value. Thank you for asking. The VRBO condo was GREAT!

This was a first time deal for us, older generation, but thought we would give it a try since we knew the area we were going to be in and could figure out a central location. The process to complete the rental of the cabin was so easy and the communication received back and forth during the process was so great. Now we are getting ready to plan our next vacation for next year and will be looking forward to utilizing Evolve again. All directions, instructions and guidance was so helpful.
