After reading all directions and watching multiple sets of videos, I calibrated my phone with the unit and no matter how many adjustments I made, it always listed to the left. I ran through all the modes and it continued to list. I readjusted the balancing multiple times and eventually just got fully frustrated. And If that wasn't frustrating enough the motor movements were quite slow to respond as well. Honestly a poorly build product, I will be using another company when purchasing future gimbals.

The gimbal consistently listed to the left no matter how many times I recalibrated it. I ran it through all the modes and it still listed to the left, and if that wasn't frustrating enough, when running through the modes the gimbal would never quite center itself exactly, and more importantly the response when moving through full mode was ridiculously slow to keep up with my relatively normal hand movements. I will not be using this company again when purchasing my next gimbals.

Quality control is key to consumers and therefore I will not be using this company again when purchasing my next gimbals.

Love the gimbal . . . do not love the software that worked with my Android for one day. Freezes up every time now. Have uninstalled, reinstalled to no avail. Meh . . .

I am not happy with the product because of two reasons. 1. When I used my Samsung 8 Plus phone on the gimbal and tried to calibrate it but the phone was falling on one side and gimbal was not supportive to balance the phone. I even tried to adjust the phone holder and pulled out to adjust for balance it but no luck.

Excellent product! This will be a great addition to our marketing department. I'm looking forward to trying it out at our next trade show and for upcoming product videos with a GoPro. I've used it with my phone as well, but find it has a hard time compensating for the case my phone is in. Works great if I take the case off, but that's not always convenient. Otherwise, it's a great product.

I am thrilled. This past year I have bought some gadgets to optimize my Android. If I would have purchased the Evo Shift initially I would have saved some money. I only wish that I would have also purchased the stand. The customer service is great. They patiently dealt with shipping issues to Puerto Rico. Thanks!

The gimbal works great - easy to mount and balance the phone, does a great job of steadying out pans and movements when taking video. Unfortunately, the existing Android app is less than optimal - glitchy (Bluetooth seems to cut out at random times, and no, it's NOT my phone!), doesn't have all the features the iOS app has.... When the app arrives (August, they say?), then this thing will really rock!

I already had a GP-Pro for my GoPro Hero 5 Session and wanted a gimbal for use with my iPhone 6+ for everyday activities. The Shift has been a great purchase to fulfill those needs. It's relatively easy to set up and operate. I also like the fact that I can use the accessories that I have already purchased for the GP- Pro with the Shift(extension poles and tripod). Another plus is it comes with a nice shoulder travel case.
