If you shoot videos for a living you know first hand there is nothing more frustrating then to finish a full day of shooting only to discover that most of the footage you worked so hard to get was shaky and unusable. After reading all directions and watching multiple sets of videos, I calibrated my phone with the unit and no matter how many adjustments I made, it always listed to the left. I ran through all the modes and it continued to list. I readjusted the balancing multiple times and eventually just got fully frustrated. And If that wasn't frustrating enough the motor movements were quite slow to respond as well. Honestly a poorly build product, I will be using another company when purchasing future gimbals.

I ran it through all the modes and it still listed to the left, and if that wasn't frustrating enough, when running through the modes the gimbal would never quite center itself exactly, and more importantly the response when moving through full mode was ridiculously slow to keep up with my relatively normal hand movements. I will not be using this company again when purchasing my next gimbals.

I purchased the Evo GP-Pro to use with my Gopro black 6 a few days ago. I videoed some test footage and what I see so far looks promising. The footage looks smooth, the Pan tilt and follow tracks well and so do the rest of the gimbal's settings. The GP-Pro gimbal is built well and so are the extension tubes I purchased as well. However, there are a few improvements needed to garner a five-star; the bracket and screws that hold the video cam in place need to be a bit more robust and not so delicate to thread. This can be a hassle when you're in a hurry. In addition, it is common knowledge that most action cams, like Gopro have horrible audio and a mount accessory for an external audio digital device is sorely needed. The Evo GP-Pro gimbal's existing mount bracket only fits a video cam and there is no room for a skeleton housing with a cold shoe.

Love the gimbal . . . do not love the software that worked with my Android for one day. Freezes up every time now. Have uninstalled, reinstalled to no avail. Meh . . .

I found the EVO GP Pro easy to get acquainted with and was up-and-running as soon as the batteries were charged. Pleased that it works with my GoPro Hero3 and GoPro Session and I like the adapter I purchased to extend the gimbal on a painter's pole.

I am not happy with the product because of two reasons. 1. When I used my Samsung 8 Plus phone on the gimbal and tried to calibrate it but the phone was falling on one side and gimbal was not supportive to balance the phone. I even tried to adjust the phone holder and pulled out to adjust for balance it but no luck.

Excellent product! This will be a great addition to our marketing department. I'm looking forward to trying it out at our next trade show and for upcoming product videos with a GoPro. I've used it with my phone as well, but find it has a hard time compensating for the case my phone is in. Works great if I take the case off, but that's not always convenient. Otherwise, it's a great product.

after mounting the camera, often the gimbal falls into vibration, I almost always have to monotangle the camera three times to work without vibration, camera fixing screws often have a problem to screw in, if everything is fastening and the gimbal works without vibrations, the device works very well. but I do not know whether on holidays I will have the patience to operate this device and fix the camera every few times !!!!

Gimbal would be great if there was no need for calibration and frequent vibrations and notorious corrections in fixing the camera
