The color of the replacement canvas chair wasn't what I expected. I tried to email and request an exchange for different color but I never heard back from the company.

because the canvas seat had torn on my director's chair. I thought the color would match the rug but it was too purple.

I sent an email as the receipt indicated to request an exchange for a different color because the color was not what I expected. However I never heard back to find our how to exchange it and now it has been too long to do anything about it... so I am stuck with what I bought.

I had my Everywhere Chair for many years before I needed a replacement canvas. However, the replacement canvas didn't even last a whole year before it began to tear and rip. Very disappointed.

I can't even remember how many years I have had my Everywhere Chair with no issues. My canvas has lasted a long time. However, the replacement canvas didn't even last a whole year before it began to tear and rip.

After spending days searching the internet for a replacement set, I finally found the perfect size! Tons of listings on line but none of them were the correct size for my chair. These were the exact measurement and great quality. The color is so vibrant! Great purchase.

Recently moved. Mover lost my Director Chair's backs. Called these fine folks, they could find my old order (2yrs) and will send new backs by a few days. You can't top the personal service from a family run business when you deal with the Major Companies. These folks are THE BEST !!!!!

Second set of chair covers that I have ordered. First ones still good just wanted to change colors. This provider gives the best quality price and selection that I have seen. Very happy and highly recommend. Only thing I recommend is to thread cloth into slots first then poke in the sticks. Works more smoothly.

These covers are so pretty! The colors are very vibrant and the fabric is sturdy. I measured my old covers and found these in the exact dimensions so I knew they'd be perfect. The Groovy Blue looks groovy with my white chairs.

Received it in a timely manner. Fit perfectly and was just what I had hoped it would be. The chair was 30 years old and I didn't think I had any chance of replacing the fabric so easily much less without any modification.
