It's amazing the Better Business Bureau allows such an incompetent company to stay in business. They operate under at least two different names: EToolPros and CoastalTools. They also don't answer thier phones. There was one exception which must have been by mistake because the person I asked to speak to wasn't available when I was transferred. Email doesn't work with them either. I even contacted my credit card company who stood behind me until I finally received the product two weeks after placing the order. If you don't mind these hassles; go ahead and purchase from them. I won't.
