I am beside myself with joy over the outcome of David Weisselberger Atty at Law. He actually performed what I call a miracle. Florida only allows one case to be sealed, but I wanted both of my cases sealed which is a feat that almost never happens. The State was against it but David presented my request to the judge because he was detailed, thorough in his research and didn't treat me like a number which previous attorneys did because their motivation is money. I cried and was overjoyed because now I'm a whole person and my self worth is intact. If you have more than one case that you want sealed or a difficult case that needs extra attention PLEASE call Erase The Case you won't regret it.

My experience with these lawyers were phenomenal, there's nothing better than having the support you need when you want it. My case was located in Orlando FL and I live in Miami but they answer my phone calls and questions and return calls as promised. They were thorough and professional through the whole process which was somewhat complex but their professionalism prevailed at the end. Thank you once again.

David Weisselberger is an outstanding attorney. I was arrested for a crime I did not commit, and the charges were dropped as soon as the state attorney's office reviewed the exonerating evidence.
