The ordering process via the website using my smartphone was a little clunky as it didn't alert me to required fields as I went. I went through a harrowing experience trying to get my dogs needed meds. My fault for not ordering sooner. Anyway, I explained my situation with a representative. She (forgot the name), was so kind to tell me that she would overnight the meds to my address in Florida. At no cost to me. And with that done my pet only missed 1 day of the prescribed med. I wish I could remember her name, to personally give her a shout out. Anyway, thank you again.
