I purchased tea and scone mix as a gift for my niece and she was happy to receive it.

When I received my order, the tea pot was broken. The packaging was not good. The tea pot was simple in a box without padding. The box was crushed on the bottom when I received it. My husband did glue the pieces that were in the boxes however some had fallen out where the box was crushed. I made the Earl Grey this morning and it is very good.

My order arrived today when they told me it would. I really like the tea pots they are Bone China and really pretty . This is my first Bine China tea pots and I will make my tea in it tomorrow. I have been told that is the best type of pot to make tea in. Looking forward to that tomorrow. Thanks for your good service. Ramona.
