I had a three bedroom carpet install done. The installers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They finished quickly, and done a good job. When they left, I went through to look over the work, and the only thing I noticed was that the seams were quite noticeable. I called Empire, and asked them if it would be possible to send someone out to go over the seams once more. They said most definitely. They were very courteous and problem while dealing with my problem, and did not make me feel like I was being bothersome just because I wanted a small correction on my install. I was more than happy with their professionalism, and the install crew did a great job. All of them were very friendly, and at the same time very professional. Thank you.

First, our carpet looks great, our installation crew was highly skilled and hardworking-we are pleased with the end result. What holds us back from rating our experience a 5: Tarrin our sales rep was knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. The sales process did alarm us when the Empire system prohibited him from giving us the final Agreement, including negotiated discount, until AFTER we signed and paid heavy deposit. Not good!! Secondly, while Empire did good job with texts and email communications, it was troubling (and absurd) to keep being told our install would start between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. We had 2600 square feet!! We're not starting after dinner! Thankfully crew arrived in the morning. But we were also told repeatedly it was 'one day install.' Wrong!! They worked tirelessly for about 9 hours day one and 8 hours next day. Had we as customers had been advised up front that the process would take 2 days it would've been fine. As it was, we were forced to lose a second day of work without notice.

My house was left dirty my vent covers do not fit back over my vents toilet in master bathroom leaking and now toilet in other bathroom leaking. Not happy they are coming out today to supposedly fix everything then maybe I'll give you a better rating.

I really enjoyed working with the sales consultant, Dmitry Prusakov. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I will definitely be calling him again for additional work. Also, the e-presence of Empire is very good. Easy to use and excellent information.
