Bad sales experience, bad install, didnt get the pad I asked for and paid for. I would never call them again. But the installers as a whole were good guys and did a good job except for the termination strip that they damaged with a hammer and left it instead of replacing it. Whatever, I guess the carpet game is sketchy anyway. No, never again, at any price.

They did a wonderful job of installing the new carpet and the tile cut outs in front of my French doors. Would reccomend them to new customers! Cleaned up well after installation even.

We see their commercials and hear that jingle frequently so when we were looking for our carpet to be replaced, we figured we would have them come do an estimate along with other carpet installers and decide from there. Empire was the best - it was quick and easy. From the salesperson to the installers, everyone was professional and courteous and timely. The salesperson met our needs and was straightforward about pricing and with the 50% sale that was happening - Empire was by far the cheapest in price. We were trying to time it with painters who we were deciding about at the same time. We were trying to get both painters and carpet done in one week. The Empire salesperson told us we could call at anytime to reschedule as long as it was 24 hours before. Our painters finished ahead of time and I was able to reschedule very easily to have the carpet installed the next day. The installers were professional and did the living room, stairs with metal rails and small hallway in about 4 hours including taking up and throwing away the old carpet. When we saw the work the next day, it was clean and well done. We would go with Empire again for any future needs.

We had a wonderful experience & love our carpet. Unfortunately due to a severe rain storm a small piece of our carpet got wet. We are hoping to replace it. Thank you for a great job will definitely recommend

The employees were all nice but the work wasn't what was promised. For everything being 50% off, I pd $4.000 for two bedrooms and my kitchen floor. I live in a mobil not a super sized home. Not happy at all

The consultant that was sent out to our house did not check to see if our subfloor was appropriate for the Hardwood floors we ordered. We had to pay an additional 1800$ to have subfloors replaced. This put us over our budget. The subfloors were installed and the hardwoods installed over two days rather than one which cost me an additional day off. In addition, The flooring installers put a large scratch in our floor with their compressor and did not fix it. Not too happy with the service we received here. We did have Empire install carpet in our home in WI and were happy with that. Do not think we will use Empire for future projects.

The contractors damaged my hardwood floor downstairs while transporting carpet upstairs for installation. The hardwood still needs repair. Also, the substituted the Vega padding for another brand that is thicker and did not tell me about the substitution until the completed the work. As a result, the increased thickness interferes with with some of the doors opening and closing and resulted in additional work for me to sand the doors down from the bottom so they open and close freely.

This is your second survey and second phone call..stop it. Also your installers didn't speak English, had me order their lunch and brought a 20 year old vacuum clear with them. i had to use mine. Not to mention that your price was TRIPLE the price of Home Depots price by over $2,200.00 MORE for the same sq ft.

Was very unhappy with the service and follow up with customer service. Did not deliver what was sold and they canceled one hour before they were scheduled to install. Would not recommend to others and would not use again.

The sales process leaves something to be desired. The first interaction went well, the price was sky high though. I did not make an immediate decision, so I received a call back about a week later. After a couple of back and forth, the price I was quoted was about 55% less that the original. The install process was fairly painless, the guys who did the installation showed up on time and completed pretty fast, and it looked great.
