New flooring put in. From the sales representative to the installation crew everything when like clockwork. Crew spent all day to make sure the project was completed on the same day and were very professional and cleaned up after completion. Took care of removal of our old flooring as well. Very pleased

Our sales person, Tony, arrived on time and quickly assessed our situation. He measured the rooms and brought in several samples for us to choose from. He provided a detailed bid and explained all aspects of the process. Once we gave the go ahead, he scheduled the install according to our availability. He told us exactly what we needed to do to prepare in advance and, when we had a follow up question and request, he responded very quickly with an approval. We have already recommended them. We have used Empire in the past and will continue to recommend them in the future.

The process of getting flooring quotes was quick and easy with the representative that came to the house. He was knowledgeable and worked with what we wanted to do now and then gave us the quote for more work we want to do in a month or two.
The installers came a half hour after they said but we're friendly and quick with the removal and installation.
We are happy with the work we had done so far.
