Flooring was at my mother's house and she is extremely happy with the product! One interesting side effect of the product has been that my Mother is now able to sleep throughout the night. Come to find out that her previously carpeted floors, though immaculately kept, still retained plenty of dust which interfered with her breathing and sleeping. She does not incur that problem and the floors look great!

Empire Sales and Installation teams are excellent, very thoughtful and very accommodating to the customer's needs. As previously mentioned the flooring was for my Mother's house, but now I am seriously thinking of getting this flooring for my own Home Office (currently carpeted, but not for long).

The flooring is beautiful, great deal. The people are great to work with starting with that first call to the finished install. The installers were very informative, clean and professional. They even cleaned up the front yard where they had the old carpet from the job.

Outstanding products and service! We chose vinyl plank flooring for most of our duplex, and carpeting for two rooms. The installation crew first showed us what we had ordered, to confirm our choice. The flooring was installed first, which took all day, as each plank is carefully put in by hand. They took all of the old carpeting away, and when the job was done, cleaned up, so that all we had to do was enjoy our new floors. They installed new baseboards, too - a plus! Our carpeting was scheduled 2 days later. Only one installer arrived, and he did the whole job in under 4 hours. Same procedure - he had us check that it was our choice, then laid the carpet. Our duplex looks like a brand-new home! The vinyl plank flooring is quite durable, cleans up beautifully. Though the cost was higher than what we had expected - $8,000. for our home - it is worth it.

I love the hardwood floors and I was having problems with my throat but after they removed the carpet and put the hardwood floor down, my throat is much better, the floor is so beautiful that I find myself smiling as I walk across the floor sometimes.
