The Empire Team was Great from Sales Person to Install Team. The Install Team was the Best they were nice and clean did a Great Job everything came out so good. I think if all the Installers at Empire Flooring are as good as team that did my house which I give a 10 performance and Im completely satisfied.

We had about 470 sq. ft. of laminate installed and carpet in our lower stairwell. The work only took 1 day including the great installers moving about 10 pieces of furniture/appliances in our living room, dining room, and kitchen. This was a great job.

Great products, fantastic installers. The laminate was short by about 20 sq. ft. so the installers had to come back the second day to finish up.

Good company we had them do the house with carpeting a couple years ago and this time we had them do the kitchen with lamanente and they did a great job again

Have to keep a "sterile like environment" in my bedroom for PD dialysis. Carpets can't accomplish this. I can now see what dirt & dust is on the floor, just sweep it away. So easy to keep VERY CLEAN. Had my inspection by Dialysis Center and they were so pleased.

I had a wonderful experience with the crew that put my new floors down. They were curtious, and professional, answered and explained my questions, showed me why they did this that way and this way. They weren't upset with me for being around and asking questions. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up after, taking all the debris away. I was very pleased with my salesperson. He was not a high pressure salesman, I was ready for that, but he wasn't that way. It made the experience pleasant instead of tense. He answered all my questions, suggested and helped with financing, which I so appreciated it. I appreciated the suggestions too, I thought I would have to pay cash for my installation, I did not, making it possible to show Empire that I would pay my bill on time and then later go for the installation of the living room, kitchen and bathrooms. I would have established a proven track record with Empire. I was told I could ask for the installation team I had for my 2 bedrooms. Thank you all, Empire. You all did a great job for a "nervous nelly" that is me! Joyce J
