I have been using the address book program for many years and am on the third update. This is a great program and all my communication with Elwood has been professional and effective. They are great to do business with and I recommend them highly.

I use EZ Home and Office primarily for address label making. The ability to set up different categories has been a great help in our mailing label needs. I recently upgraded my computer and had a access problem. I emailed then for help and had an answer back in a couple of minutes. On top of a great program, they also offer excellent customer service.

I purchased the EZ Home & Office Address Book Plus software years ago. Simple to use, all of my contacts in one convenient place, address labels printed with ease - love it. When I purchased a new computer with different capabilities, I thought it might be difficult to transfer the data to the new computer. I emailed an inquiry on a Saturday and didn't expect to hear back until Monday at the earliest. Instead, I received a same day response which included a link and specific instructions. Within minutes, the software and all of my contact information was on my new computer! The level of customer service, on a Saturday no less, was over the top. Thank you, Jeff!

I needed to install EZ Print on a new computer. I contacted the company and they sent a link to download the program. I've had it for several years and they are quick to help with anything you have.Buy it once with confidence.

I bought this program in 2014 and then had my hard drive fail. Luckily I had a back up of the data file but needed to reload the program on my new computer. I got all the help I need to do this including tech tips to make it user friendly. This was all accomplished in a day. I don't know anyone who is more responsive. Great program for doing my Christmas cards. Very satisifed.

As an older couple, his instructions proved to be true, it is EZ to install and use, robust software at a very reasonable price! Why couldn't other computer programs be as simple and reasonable as Elwood Software?

Have used this program for over 5 years and love its robust features. I contacted Jeff today with a problem, and he helped me resolve it immediately. It is the best address book, budgeting program, recipe holder and place for photos. Very intuitive to use. If it were a credit card, I'd say it's a diamond level!
