Very easy, communication has been great!

I was very satisfied with Elite. We only made a small, cross-town move of 20-30 pieces, so this comment is based solely on that experience. The guys on site did a wonderful job taking care of stuff in a careful and efficient manner. They did an especially good job moving some fine art pieces. The only problem was that when we went to pay them at the end, that the electronic system the guys on site had for working with credit cards didn't work well for them. They ended up having to call the main office and we did the payment over the phone, which solved the problem, but caused us (and them) a bit of a delay. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning to anyone who might be thinking of paying with a credit card.

Owner personally came to evaluate our move. Francis Baca, consultant, has great follow-up and takes the time to answer all your questions.

Francis is great. Like she should give a master class in being kind, listening and communicating well, and getting stuff done. Tasha was also great. Really high level group.

Dani and Joe are absolutely fantastic to work with. I used them for a cross town move 4.5 years ago - everything went extremely smoothly. The team that did the heavy lifting were kind, respectful and hardworking. I'm using them again for a interstate move and have no concerns about their ability to perform equally well.

Easy to navigate!

Definitely the best in the business. From the customer service rep, to the foreman and his crew, they really made my move hassle free. The level of care and professionalism is untouched.

My move was handled very professionally from start to finish. Jenny helped me with three different stages of my move and kept me calm. The four gentlemen came on time and moved efficiently and was loaded up in no time. This was an interstate move so my window to receive was up to 21 days but we received it within a week which made me very happy. The driver Marco, called me several times and arranged a delivery that worked for me. Marco and and his co worker delivered everything quickly. I'm happy with my move and I would recommend Elite Movers again and again!

Danielle was extremely kind and helpful on the phone! She answered all of my questions and gave me a better quote much more quickly than other moving companies I've talked to.

Working with Francis was good. She did a lot to answer our questions and walk through our setup to confirm the estimate was realistic.
