Sometimes the billing address is different from the shipping address. I understand that this is for the protection of the customer but this doesn't work out so well for residential condos who are managed by management companies off property. The billing and shipping addresses are different and we ended up having to use management's personal card and ship to a viable address. Please reconsider this policy.

I don't like pop-ups and unnecessary steps to complete an order. I just lowered my rating for this site. And then I'm asked to re-enter name and e-mail which you have already captured from my order. Next time, I may spend a little more time shopping around.
