I had problems getting the correct part. The lady helping gave me a part number I knew was wrong but gave her the benefit of a doubt and it was wrong and when I called back to get the correct one she did it again. It was a limit switch chain and not the main drive chain. The limit switch chain does not appear on the parts picture and so I am still not sure if I ordered the correct part. The unit I have is CSW200UL. I also hope that we I get the part (chain) I ordered it comes with a masterlink or it will be useless as I cannot get it anywhere else. I would appreciate an email or call to let me know this was read and the part I ordered are correct and that I will get a masterlink with the chain.

first i had to install Chrome because i couldnt order on IE
Next it didnt like my address ,P O Box 6334 ,had to put in 6334 P O Box ,??
shipping !!! , could have been shipped thru the post office for under twenty bucks in there flat rate boxes and they would even pick it up just like ups but you all (mainland companies) refuse to even consider a option that could save your customers a lot of money ,Hawaii is expensive enough without being forced to pay a inflated unnessary shipping rate
as you can tell this bugs me

one other thing ,why do you not carry a heavy duty AdJuastable hinge ? or why is the hinge you do carry not able to be lubricated ? ours wore out after about 10 years,the pin wore out
