Though paid for expedited delivery (overnight) bc of a delay to ship and the way in which the shipping was handled it remained at the post office for several days. (Ordered Friday night, now thursday) When I called USPS to confirm if it was or was not in transit, the rep made me aware that my package was labeled to go to my billing address and not my shipping address. I'm trying to redirect the package myself before it heads to the opposite side of the country (WI)where It will be left on an unattended porch and of no use to me. (In NV) Though that will be near impossible.

Shipped me the wrong model phone in a softpack, it arrived a week late, and was not new and was a model which was banned on google play. The price was $50 higher than I paid to replace it with the correct phone. Sent it back last week with an RMA per 2 pages of instructions, still waiting for some form of communication and my refund.
