I found the personnel to be very informative and readily available to answer all my questions. It was a pleasure to deal with them. When I received an incorrect item in my order, they immediately sent me a shipping label to have the item returned. The follow-up phone call to ask if I was pleased, was also nice. This company is an example of what customer service should be.

They sent my order very quickly and it was very well packaged.

Nicely packaged and protective shipping container. All modules were neatly arranged with foam support. Seven Stetzerizers are now plugged in and working to quiet my house electrical systems. The micro-surge meter reads the levels of noise pollution on each branch circuit that I plug it into. Levels are reduced by the Stetzerizer units. Everything seems to be working as expected.

My experience with the company (the owner spoke with me at length about EMF's) and the product (Stetzerizer filters) have been very good. The filters have been installed in my home two months and have dramatically helped the tension in my back, shoulders and neck. Also, my migraine headaches are almost completely gone. I definitely was affected by the dirty electricity and am grateful for this product. Thank you.
