I returned the Kitchen faucet I purchased because the mechanism that holds the sprayer from dangling did not seem tight. Though it wasn't attached to the sink yet, I could tell it probably would not be very secure. I called to do the return and the woman who assisted me was helpful and nice, but told me I'd be charged the restocking fee. In hindsight I wish I had asked to speak to a supervisor, because I do not think I should have been charged a restocking fee. There was no way to tell until I had the faucet in my hand if the spray nozzle was going to hold or dangle.
Because of the restocking fee I probably won't order from efaucets again, though I have used efaucets in the past and was happy with the service and products.
I ended up ordering the faucet I am now using from Home Depot...No restocking fee.
