clicking through to separate pages to buy a single sample is made really inconvenient as you purchase more than a single item. web design could be easier. also, was offered a popup discount code, but it went away and I could not find it again.

for some reason i could not log in to my account i kept saying wrong password. tried to change it twice still did not work.
for my last order i do not recall seeing anywhere that ups access point charges by the day and i was out of town.

Every order so far has been shipped incorrectly the first time around, and the wrong quantity of paint has been shipped.

The chat with the team member was not helpful at all. I would have to wait a long long time for any response and when he finally did respond rather then answering question he kept sending me to links where I couldn't find the answer to the what I was asking. Further more he kept asking questions that I had been answered in my questions to him. I also could not find out how long it would take for the paint to arrive via UPS ground and almost didn't order. However, I decided to take my chance and fingers crossed it will arrive here before next Saturday.

The paint I ordered for my daughter's nursery arrived just 2 days after I placed my order. That was much faster than I had expected. The quality of the paint is awesome. I was able to paint all 5 pieces of the crib with just one quart of paint.
