Never received my product. Called and was told that it was shipped and delivered to a different state and there is nothing they could do to help me?!?

Awful. I never received my product. Called customer service and was told it was shipped and delivered to another state and there was nothing they could do?!? Then told me they would call me back. This was 2 weeks ago, never got a call back. Worst customer service ever. Now have to dispute the charge with my credit card because I still don't have my $179 printer after ordering it months ago.

Great printer. Does everything a small office needs. Fast print speed. Full duplexing of both printed and scanned documents. EC4040 is solidly built and it seems it will last. The only downside is the ink is to expensive. I purchased genuine Epson ink at a great discount on eBay.
