The throttle body sensor and check engine light wouldn’t go away even with having it reset and erased it will still remain lid.

While it is too early to know for sure,I received the ECM in the time promised, had it installed and seems to be working perfectly so far. As I mentioned however at this point in time, the product has only been in use one day. Hopefully this rating is not premature.

I received the ECM. I got it as a back up for my Baja Truck. I followed the instructions for install. The truck would not start. I reinstalled my previous ECM I bought from Flagship. The truck started and ran fine, still runs fine. Also, all my other MOPAR/Dodge Ram vehicles I have only unconnected the negative cable, not both - and +. I am attempting it again today. If any problems I will make contact. Note: Your product shipped fine with no damage.
We apologize that the installation wasn't as smooth as we hope. The ECM instructions are to help assist complete a reset when installing the PCM so that the module can successfully communicate with the vehicle and other modules. Great deal all around. When service tells you that the ECM needs to be flashed and reprogrammed for over $1000.00 . And you can order and do it yourself for less then half. Then if it does not correct issue you can return ir as you rented it to try. What a great way to help out others. I bet I mention this to everyone I speak to about servicing my jeep.

It was a very easy process. Enter you VIN and they do the rest. When it turns out not to be the ECM then you call and change purchase to a rental. WHat a great way of savings hundreds of dollars.

After receiving the rebuilt ecm from your company, I installed it into our Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I turn the ignition on all my indicator lights turn on as expected and after a few seconds all but 2 indicator lights turn off and the 2 that remain on are “check engine” and “check gauges”, Check gauges has not been an indicator that has stayed on until after this control was installed. When I go to start it then my driver's side rear window goes down, the car turns over but will not start. I connected my scanner and the vehicle ID indicated the VIN# is N/A. I then connected my scanner to the borrowed vehicle I am driving and it did identify the VIN# for it. --I attached photos to this email to verify this and my VIN# as well-- I do see my VIN# matches the one you have here on this email also. I suspect someone failed to program the VIN# for my vehicle into this control. I understand mistakes happen and this was certainly a complaint I found in many reviews with other companies including yours but it appeared that MAKS didn’t have as many. This was a big factor that helped me to choose to make my purchase with MAKS. My borrowed vehicle is on borrowed time. Instead of the time it will take for this control to be returned back to you to program and return it back to me I am requesting that you can send a replacement for this programmed with my VIN# asap and send a call tag and I will return this non programmed one back to you asap. I look forward to your repy At this time we have not had any movement forward to correct this problem
