I specifically asked before ordering, if they would match keys from a previous order and they replied yes…we just need the key number code. So they was clearly stated on my order form. When I received order the keys were different. When I called, a very rude man basically told me oh well!! He said I could get a blacksmith to re key the lock!! WTF…horrible customer service!!!!

Great pull handle, but the packaging from the supplier is not the greatest as many of the handles came out of the packaging scratched.

My only issue is the way the handles are packaged with the screws inside. When you have a lot of handles in one package they rub together and the screws inside cause scratches. Otherwise, great product and customer service.
