the banner first came broken with no way to get the banner out. After chatting with customer service they shipped out a new one that also came broken but on top of that we realized how warped the image was especially our stretched out logo. I reached out to customer service again asking about a new one since the most recent one we recieved was broken again anyway but its been weeks and I still havent heard back. I sent a lengthy email with pictures attached so I really would've expected something

Item ships quickly which I think is the problem. Both original and replacement arrived broken and the banner image itself is poor quality. All this aside, I have heard nothing but radio silence after sending a detailed email with pictures attached. I've had better quality from 4imprint and VistaPrint.

The item was not made correctly. The outline of the picture is missing on part of the document, grommets were placed all around and I only wanted them place on one side or the corners if one side couldn't be done. I spoke with someone from customization to make sure I could get that done and they assured me it would be done. They supposedly documented it and now I have to wait to see if they are going to replace it. I sent in pictures because that is what was requested with no timeline given on how long it will take to investigate the error and how long it will take for them to reply to me. No issue with the investigation, but why can't you give a timeline as to when you would respond back? a day, a week , 2 weeks, a month? Why don't supervisors have a phone number you can reach them at? I asked and was informed that they don't have a direct line? Really? Why make it so difficult to reach someone who should be able to give me detailed information?

Their online design tool was very helpful. The banner I designed and ordered can't quickly and looked good. Only disappointment was that one of the logos I uploaded was pixelated. The design tool or preview didn't show the pixelation or earn me off size/pixel issues.

I love your online design tool. It could use a few more features like gradients and better font tools, but pretty darn good for an online tool. Designing and ordering was great and product came quickly packaged well. One disappointment was that one of the logos was pixelated but the design tool and preview didn't show it warn of it.

Ordered 3 Signiccades with two sided signs. Paid for 2 day shipping and received only 3 sign inserts but no plastic holders. They refused to refund my shipping, offering me a $50.00 credit for over $200 shipping (Shipping is free if you don't have it rushed). We have purchased in the past and were happy with the product. But, please do not use them if you have a deadline for a specific event. Had an appointment for a manager to call. Called back when the manager never called, and they said they would have the manager call. Still no word from manager, and no communication or refund for product not delivered. Buyer beware.

I am normally very satisfied with my orders from eSigns. I have ordered many times with no issues but this order the picture is blurry and I emailed customer service with no response, so I am not pleased about that because I bought this banner for a major event and it is not up to their normal standards. I used the same picture in a retractable banner and it is beautiful so not sure what happened with this one, but it’s the no reply for me.

Would have been five star but the 10% off code that appeared when I open the site everyday including today said that it expired when I input it into the Checkout page. Picture on banner was blurry but not on screen and no response to email has me disappointed after so many great orders.
