"I was a little nervous about making a sign online. I used their customer service number 3 times during the process and each time was quick and helpful. First, I asked someone to help me navigate to exactly where I wanted to be to design my own particular kind of sign. Second, I needed someone to help me with a registration snag without losing my work. Third, a rep helped me put borders on my sign, by telling me how to do it and then also making one himself and saving it to my designs so that I could see what it looked like. I took the risk and ordered what I designed. It shipped quickly and looked exactly like I designed it. I am very happy with the service and the signs. "
