The quality of everything I ordered was top notch, and I even skipped the proof process since I was in such a rush. The ordering process was a bit frustrating because it said I could get my items by Thursday with Next Day Air if I ordered within 12 hours, but then as I was checking out, it updated to Friday. I felt disappointed to go through the whole process expecting one thing, only to find out at the VERY end that I couldn't get what was promised. I ordered anyway and was thrilled that there were no delays! I will definitely be using eSigns again.

I ordered a banner for a D-1 College Athletic Team for travel meets. I wanted some special modifications and chatted with a customer service designer who was amazing!!!! He was creative and knowledgeable and helped me get the exact banner I wanted. I highly recommend esigns and would definitely use them again.

I am normally very satisfied with my orders from eSigns. I have ordered many times with no issues but this order the picture is blurry and I emailed customer service with no response, so I am not pleased about that because I bought this banner for a major event and it is not up to their normal standards. I used the same picture in a retractable banner and it is beautiful so not sure what happened with this one, but it’s the no reply for me.

Would have been five star but the 10% off code that appeared when I open the site everyday including today said that it expired when I input it into the Checkout page. Picture on banner was blurry but not on screen and no response to email has me disappointed after so many great orders.

Asked for the banner to be cut down to a specific size to fit in a wall frame. We've purchased quite a few in the past with the same request that worked perfectly. For some reason this one didn't get cut down to size. When we trim it ourselves it loses the border and tends to curl up around the edges making it difficult to pull it straight. Love this company but this project fell through for us.

Poor communication on our last 3 orders. Shipping has not been as advertised, even though we have paid for expedited shipping. No one told my previous order was being held up due to not being converted to CMYK. They usually do that for me. No Proof 24 hours later. I had someone come in and do it for me, but due to the delay it is no likely I will get it in time, even though I paid for delivery by Fri/Sat of this week. Turnout has been a problem too. I get it. Everything is out of sync but I'd rather you not advertise a best case delivery date. This is a problem with most of our orders lately. Long time customer. Always been extremely satisfied. Just adjust the advertised turnaround time to a more realistic expectation. Thanks.
