The item was not made correctly. The outline of the picture is missing on part of the document, grommets were placed all around and I only wanted them place on one side or the corners if one side couldn't be done. I spoke with someone from customization to make sure I could get that done and they assured me it would be done. They supposedly documented it and now I have to wait to see if they are going to replace it. I sent in pictures because that is what was requested with no timeline given on how long it will take to investigate the error and how long it will take for them to reply to me. No issue with the investigation, but why can't you give a timeline as to when you would respond back? a day, a week , 2 weeks, a month? Why don't supervisors have a phone number you can reach them at? I asked and was informed that they don't have a direct line? Really? Why make it so difficult to reach someone who should be able to give me detailed information?

I have used eSigns for designing signs for my business since we started it 12 years ago. It is easy to design and order signs on their website at a reasonable price. Their signs have always been delivered as they indicated and the quality is excellent. I won't use anyone else, no need to.

We are always pleased with how quickly and accurately e-signs creates and delivers our signs. We have been using them for years. This time, the sign arrived with a stain on the bottom. It looks like a coffee stain. We have no time to request a new one, but this is certainly disappointing.

We always buy our signs from esigns....the mesh banners are wonderful. We love the double sided ones for long term signs with two directional traffic viewing and one sided mesh ones for one way viewing. They all hold up so well and look amazing! Great customer service and great product at a fair price! We always get our products on time and earlier than most companies that I have worked with in the past. Esigns is the way to go!
