The cost of the sign was extremely fair, and the sign shipped within the estimated range, with a tracking number being available 24 hours after placing the order. "Just has the best customer service experience of my life with esigns.com. I submitted my order late tonight (9:45pm), within an hour, they contacted me letting me know there was a problem with it (my fault - they caught an error in my design). A representative was available at 10:45pm to help me fix it, update my order, and it will be printed and in the mail tomorrow. Not to mention they are incredibly affordable! Will be using them again for my community events! And, I'm not the type of person to go out of my way to write a review for a company! =) "

The online sign design system works very well! I'm so glad my uploaded vector image worked out in the final print, although it looked pixelated in the preview. Shipping to Canada is reasonable and very fast. (which is why I chose eSigns.com)
