I read about fatty build-up in the liver and pancreas as a cause for diabetes. I did some research and found that "Ceylon" Cinnamon is a natural way to reduce these fats. poor quality control. I like to chew up the capsules to taste the cinnamon, however, about every 8th one is not cinnamon, but some other substance which has no cinnamon taste at all. Steve Rich

In reviewing these products & from the recommendation of my daughter these products come from the most natural resources available & provide the most substantial benefits. I have used the powder cinnamon in the past & would recommend it also. After just a few weeks of use, I think they have helped significantly.....I have joint discomfort & have had digestive issues. Rate these 3 products highly & will continue to use....health benefits are positive.
