I ordered a DR Premier Stump Grinder after discussing with my local dealer that it would be cheaper for me to purchase the grinder myself directly from DR instead of ordering through my dealer. So far I am satisfied with my experience. Only time will tell, however, how my stump grinder holds up.

We bought the Pro 34 last year and ordered some replacement blades. The brush cutter has been everything we hoped it would be. The truth is, it's a far better machine than expected.

Easy to order, no problems.

I was looking for a power washer and talked to one dealer that quoted me a price of $430.00 and then I contacted Your place and talked with a man named Lucas which gave me a lower price for the same unit which saved me over $150.00. Who doesn't like to get a deal like that.
Lucas was very personable and knowledgeable about the power washer. I will definitely shop here again.

Easy ordering, shopped quickly, although we are still waiting on the oil, supposed to be coming today. Delivery service was excellent. Would not hesitate to order again.

I have been unable to get anybody to return my calls. I ordered a walk behind weed whacker and I received the accessories I purchased, but the machine has not gotten here and I have not received any reason why. Please give me a call 717-413-4998.

Debb was my customer service rep. and in no time had me taken care of the items I ordered. These will be put into use when the snow melts and we can get to work. The heavy-duty blade was one item for the Pro XL-30 17-5, Brush Mower. The original blade was having to really work to take down the larger sagebrush. Will let everyone know how the new blade works. The sagebrush needs to be pulled back from the buildings for fire protection.

It seemed yo take a while to get started some of it was my fault not knowing how to send out pictures on
a cell phone. It coming along better now hopefully I will see the machine soon.

I just ordered a wood chipper, I haven't received it yet, so it would be premature to or me to comment.

Easy purchase. Site easy to navigate.

I found it difficult to know when an item I decided to add to my 'list' was added. I had to go through a few run throughs to pare the order down to only what I wanted.
I also decided the shipping cost for one item defied justification and cancelled out.

I called DR because one side of my PRO21 Battery Lawnmower wrench handle assembly had stripped and would not keep the nut bracket connected. I ordered two of the wrench handle assemblies part number 421071, 081, 091, 1111, 112, 0901. The 42181 Round Pin was backordered until August. That is the one part that connects the quick assembly bolt to the handle and lets the bolt swing so I could lower the upper handle when I put the mower away. In other words the one part that makes the wrench handle assembly works!. I was told that the one part is on backorder at the time I ordered it. I used a small bolt and nut to make it work.

The person who took my order was very friendly and thorough and the parts were delivered on Sunday in time to reassemble the mower and mow my front lawn!
