Got confused on the buy now vs try now and pay later.

Hello Brenda, apologies for the confusion there. For the buy now option this will entitle you to purchase our product in full or allows you to choose between various payment options. While our try before you buy payment method allows you to purchase our topper with only a $20 deposit. You can then try the product for at least 30 days to see how you find it. If you would like to keep it after 30 days, your deposit goes towards the full purchase price which is shown at checkout and also emailed to you for the details.

Best all around. We did receive email that we were suppose to get an additional $10. Off day after our order was placed. We contacted customer service and they said it would be credited to our account. I don't believe that has been done yet. This is not negative to service, it might just be an oversight or I missed it when I looked. If someone could confirm that would be great.

Easy and simple and plenty of options on how to pay. The mattress pad is it as great as depicted on television. It is a nice mattress pad but for the price it is way overpriced. I still do wake up with sore spots if I stay in one position and your body heat does get trapped in the mattress pad.
