Your overall rating depends on whether my money if fully refunded on the returned items. Your bed risers do not work very well--despite me purchasing both sizes! They would not stabilize daughter's bed. So, we had to run all over town looking for bed risers on the day of her college move-in. You need to explore Target, the Container Store and Amazon's bed risers--which do work...

The risers are very sturdy and solid. However, the top where it attaches to leg of bed could be deeper for more stability. If you purchase the risers, you will need a two-step stool to get onto the bed.

My daughter said the color is perfect. It is a very sturdy trunk. I packed this trunk with clothes and pushed down every layer so I could get as much in there as possible and I had no problems. I like how it latches down. It rolls with ease. It held the weight of a 300 lb. human sitting on it with no worry. We bought a VIN Armored trunk for our son over 5 years ago and he still uses it and it still looks as good as new. That is why when it was time to order a trunk for our daughter, there was no question as to which brand I would choose again.

Experience was great. My daughter wanted a specific color that was out of stock and Dormco notified me as soon as it was back in stock. Delivery was quicker than expected.
