Quick and easy ordering, fast expedited shipping, came in perfect condition, easy to assemble and does the job for a very reasonable price. We were a little disappointed that the shelf we wanted was not available in white at the time we ordered and we couldn't wait any longer to order...it came back in stock just a couple days later. :(

Did not receive the wood drying rack, it was replaced with a plastic one that is not strong enough for heavy wet items.

Not what we expected. Thin as a blanket. Not sure how this is referred to as an area rug or how the price is justified. It's an overpriced throw blanket. Disappointed.
