The product is okay, and since we have not been able to find anything comparable it will have to do. One of the connector dowels arrived broken and we had to glue it together in order to assemble the unit. The overall feel is cheap and doesn't seem like it will support much weight. There is also no way to stabilize the unit to the desk or wall in order to keep it from falling over. We would pay more for a better quality product, but apparently the marketplace no longer offers better products.

Not a fan of the website ordering setup. Before I knew it the shelf was coming to where my credit card address is, not to the dorm. Then to find out only emailing available, no human contact, on the back side of a order. They replied quickly though, fixed my issue, and I felt confident all was corrected. Once the bookshelf arrived, my daughter was able to put it together herself with watching the video on their website all on her own. She is willing and able, but I did have my concerns. Thumbs up for this product helping the vertically challenged room environment created by college dorms. :(

Careful when ordering online. Be sure you see the option on where to deliver. If there is an option, I never saw it. Realize once you order, you are not ALOUD to speak to a human. At this point it is email only. But on the flip side. They did respond quickly and corrected my problem. I would recommend this product. It was even delivered before the date originally stated. Which also was a delight.
