Item is as described, came on time, barley wobbles or dosent seem as if it will fall apart soon and holds my mini fridge up just fine, its Just what I needed.

This worked out perfectly to set our mini fridge on. We moved this to the basement rec room bar area and it will mostly be used to hold extra soda etc. I wanted the fridge a bit higher off the floor so you didn't have to bend over so far. The shelf on the bottom is nice too for storing extra cans, napkins, etc. It was easy to put together and I think this will meet the intended purpose with no problem. I have only had it a couple of weeks but it seems sturdy enough. The fridge did move around some when opening the door, so using zip ties on the bottom of the fridge to secure it to the stand kept it from moving around so much helping to stop the issue.

The website was easy to navigate and after shopping around for a bit, the price for the stand wanted was unbeatable. Shipping was faster than expected and the fridge stand was received in quality shape. The box was intact and the product inside was undamaged.

I like the stand - it looks clean, industrial and non obtrusive. My only complaint is that there were no true assembly instructions - more of just a parts list. I have put together a lot of pieces of furniture and equipment but this was not intuitive.

I gave 4 stars because the product we received was clearly a return. All the pieces were out of the packaging and one piece was broken. We were also missing the little wrench pictured, if that was supposed to be included. We had four additional pieces that were not shown as being included. The picture “directions” were not very good and difficult to see what they were showing. That being said, thankfully we were able to assemble the stand using the broken piece and found a place to use the unidentified pieces. This was shipped directly to our daughter’s dorm out-of-state, and we would have had a big problem if we weren’t able to get it assembled. The stand itself is nice and very functional. Her 3.1 cubic fridge hangs off the back a couple of inches, so it would be better if the stand was a little deeper. Overall, a good product and I would recommend it.

Very good customer service when I contacted them about delivery dates. Quick and helpful responses to my emails. I felt well taken care of. I did not contact customer service when we received the product that was clearly a return with broken, missing (?), and unidentified parts since we were able to assemble it.
