The holes are not punched through. There are excess metal pieces stuck in the holes so it’s hard to put screws in.

Not bad. Confusing assembly. Has two short tubes that go inside and in between the top and the bottom crossbeams (the top and bottom crossbeams come in two halves which need to be joined together to make one long top beam and one long bottom beam). But being Chinese, they made the short connector tubes diameter much smaller than the halves they are inserted into but the holes line up and screw together very easily anyway LOL. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN ANY SCREWS, SNUG THEM GENTLY. All-in-all, as with anything from China, the instructions are cr_p. Once this Privacy Divider is assembled it is pretty cool. I love it. Very light yet sturdy and resilient enough. The caster wheels are unnecessary and stupid since this thing is extremely easy to move around. It drags or lifts very easily. It really does the trick and is wider than I expected affording a good deal of privacy, although I'm not sure it would make it through a rough night of heavy stumble-drinking in a college dorm room. But that's ON YOU. One super suggestion would be to supply a hinge in the middle of the upper and lower beams so this thing could be bent in angles. The curtain is of decent quality and 100% cotton which I like. Any way, I love it and will probably buy another one. ALL DORMS NEED ONE OF THESE. Very cool.

The quality is not good because of a few reasons. 1. The pole size doesn’t fit well in frame. The frame cracked after I inserted the pole. 2. The structure is not stable after assembled 3. adjustable high doesn’t work well either. It can not stay at the position and it will drop after sometime.

Item never arrived, it's been over a month now of trying to work with Customer Service and FedEx to get either a refund or a replacement, and now I'm stuck in an endless purgatory of red tape. Both parties say that the other needs to resolve the issue, and I'm just stuck here out almost $40, with nothing to show for it. Their customer service is useless, save yourself the money and the grief, and just build one out of PVC.

Dormco's customer service is ineffectual at best, frustratingly obstinate at worst. It's been over a month of me practically begging FedEx and Dormco to resolve the issue of a missing order, and they both refuse to do anything, blaming the other entirely. Dormco has refused to give me a refund, or to send a replacement for the item I tried to purchase, and I think I may have been scammed by this company.

I purchased this divider for use in my home office/classroom during the pandemic. It broke immediately upon assembly - the 2 "L shaped" plastic brackets at the top of the frame cracked, so i tried to repair with tape. The screws on the bottom of the legs keep getting loose, so the entire frame topples over multiple times a day. sadly, i do not recommend,

Perfect size and very useful. The wheels are really cheap and don't roll so much as drag, but the divider is very light so it's easy to move - wheels are also optional. The instructions are the most confusing and unclear things in the world, it took me way too long to figure out. I was able to throw a queen sized bed sheet over the top instead of a curtain and it's the perfect size.

On the positive, the product came quickly and was easy to put together. It is also a good height and length. Now for the downside: it is unfortunately rather flimsy for the price. Due to where I am working, I have to move it around at least twice a day. The heavier curtains, which are necessary for privacy put a strain on the fairly weak plastic joints as I slide it. Within 10 days of using it, one of the joints cracked. I was able to fix it with Duct tape, but am a bit disappointed.

The dividers that I purchased for room divider privacy were easy to assemble, the base is stable enough to hang to 63 inch black out curtains from the upper rods and not fall down. I like that the wheel base is narrow and doesn't get in the way as to me accidentally falling over the bases.
