I would rate this a 5 except the “silica” packets included in the box had broken in transit and went everywhere when we opened the box. Also one of the legs did not fit into the couch as well or easily as the other 3. I think it works and we are hopeful it doesn’t cause a future problem.

Small, sturdy, easy to move the back up and down. It is really firm and daughter is hoping it gets a bit softer as it’s used.

Great product! I had been searching for a small futon to fit in my son’s dorm. It came REALLY fast. Shipping was reasonable. Product was easy to put together. Great quality for the price. I highly recommend this product.

Leg was broke went to send back and cost more to ship back then the cost of the futon. Although when I bought it shipping only cost $2.50

When I emailed them about the broken leg they wanted a picture but I already repackage to ship back. However went to return and it cost over $200 to ship but only cost them 2.50 to ship to me. Doesn't seem right.

I was not happy with the shipping as you can see in the photos of how the package was left on my doorstep while everyone was home. I guess they didn't want to take responsibility for the fact it looked like the truck ran it over. The positive is that it was initially packed well enough that the futon was without blemish. As for the product, it is sturdy, well built , firm but comfortable. My son was very happy and spends a lot of time on it.
