The opener does not seem to have a very strong signal, in spite of a changeout of battery. I basically have to point the unit outside the car window to get it to activate the door.

It took me longer to set up my step ladder than it did to pair the new remote with the opener! In the original description it asked if my opener had a ‘purple’ button. It did! Pushed it, then pushed the remote, and the door immediately closed! It has been working fine since I received it.
