Great product. It arrived in quick time. I read the instructions and in 15 or 20 minutes, I hit the button and voila! All was operating great. One thing I would tell potential buyers is to look at their garage door opener before purchasing. If you have a 3 screw terminal, you're fine. If you have a 2 screw terminal, you need the adapter, so order it with the unit. Took me a minute to realize the 'dip' switches were actually rocker type switches and not the 'dip' switch that has to be flipped light a light switch from 'off' to 'on'. You simply press it with a pen, paper clip or small screwdriver and it goes from one position to the other. Extremely easy to set and install and use, and our Geni opener is ancient.

I have an old Sears 2 wire opener, the receiver board finally bit the dust. After looking around I found this unit here. The information provided here was good, I was not sure if it would work, but decided to give it a try. I felt confident though, after reading about the 3 wire conversion kit to 2/4 write system. Since my old system has power going into the board, and the new unit doesn't, the conversion kit comes with a power supply... I received the unit a few days later, literally took 5 min to install. The range was amazing, I am about 150 ft down the street through trees and the door still open... I don't know about longevity, since I only have it about a week, but so far, I would highly recommend this product.

Chose your product based on price and ease of replacement. Both of my openers are 40+ years old and if the second opener has the same issues I will be ordering again.

The Multi Code Receiver was so easy to install, set the dip switches on the receiver and the opener, slipped the receiver over the three terminal screw and it worked. Easy to install and great value.
