I would like to say how much my sales rep Jeff handled my order while I was renovating my home and a last minute change order because as it all came together I saw that the color carpet was not to my liking, Jeff made some calls and made it happen, very accommodating and reasonable salesperson, I will be back.

The process to install hardwood flooring in my dining room was very easy from start to finish. The selection was very good, the salesman very helpful and available, and the installation was done in a few hours. The installer even helped me put the room back together. The room looks awesome.

My wife and I were shopping for carpet. It was time to replace the carpet we had and it was a large amount of carpet. We went to Dolphin Carpet and were given a great salesperson who helped us with what we had in mind and wanted. Bentley is a great asset to Dolphin Carpet he got us exactly what we wanted and excellent installers. Highly recommend Dolphin Carpet, Salesperson Bentley and their installers. Ron Hafler was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He was promptly on time for the measuring appointment and the installers were prompt, as well. The installers did a terrific job in a 'not that easy to work with' space. The overall experience was fantastic! I would use them again, in a heartbeat!!!
