We walked in with a basic idea of what we wanted. We explained our situation with an existing mistreated marble floor that was already in place when we bought the home. Rick the store salesman over the top. Explained what we should do instead of ripping up the marble. recommended a certain laminate that at first was a bit pricey but he told us it was on sale. Closed the deal. He came out to measure on a Sunday. Very cordial ,polite ,down to earth, and funny. He was very pleasurable to talk to. Ordered Saturday. Measured Sunday. Installed in one day Wednesday. FIVE STAR happy with the out come.

I was fortunate to walk in and meet Ron Hafler, a very experienced and patient representative of the store. Ron came to my house with samples that I selected at the store with his assistance. Ron answered numerous concerns I had with real answers that held true to the end. After deciding on the tile I wanted Ron was expeditious in setting up my installation. He stayed in touch with me up to the beginning of the installation when he came by the house again to insure a smooth start. The man who did the installation, Robin, was not only good at his job but was a very customer service oriented young man keeping me informed about what he was doing each day. The results were outstanding. Ron came by my house for a third time to see the finished product and to make sure I was satisfied.

It was a very pleasant experience to be shopping here. Shop is very well organized, you can easily find new products and products on sale. Rick, shop's manager, quickly helped us to find what we needed and in our price range. And prices in the shop are very nice, compared with other places where we were shopping.

I truly appreciate how helpful and candid Ron was when I stopped in his store for information and advice. He worked to keep me in the ballpark price-wise. The installation was scheduled quickly & the installers were on time, efficient, humorous, and did a beautiful job with the installation.
