In comparison to much of the competition out there, we use Polyresin. Some companies use cheap resin-clay. I reordered a doll of my husband for my grandson. The finish on the second one was far inferior to the first. The skill of painting was not good and seemed to be just slapped on. I had to ask for a few revisions as they just couldn't get it right. It was also sticky like the paint hadn't cured.

The artists who made our memorial bobblehead did a very good job of capturing the essence of the very person it represented. The recipient was overjoyed for the second time about how lovely the bobblehead was. The first time was a bobblehead of themselves to commemorate a teaching award. For the price, it is great value, and they do very good work with shaping and sculpting and going back and forth with feedback to make the product everything that you want it to be.

The experience of ordering the bobblehead was awesome. My initial inquiry was to determine which product would suit my interest best, followed by ordering and getting the first drafts of both the body and head. After giving some feedback, there was a little bit of change and it went to the second stage where there was more back and forth with feedback.
