The workmanship was fantastic. My husband loved it! Said it was one of the best surprise gifts he has ever received. They are responsive and I received it in the time promised. This is my second bobble head I've ordered. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is when you put the golf club on, the head does not bobble well.

They send pictures of the sculpted head for approval before molding it, so you can tell them what needs changed if something doesn't look quite like the subject. That was a big plus, since the purpose of the bobblehead is to make it resemble the person as close as possible. Then they send a picture of the whole figure so you can make sure the outfit, etc. is how you wanted it. I will buy from them again. The whole process was done in a reasonable amount of time.
