It was very good. Passed the written test. Just need to keep the videos updated. They looked like they were 10 plus years old.

The course was longer than it needed to be..,by about 34 hours, but I understand it's DMV's requirement. Just leave your computer in and make sure the screen doesn't go to sleep to tick the time by. My biggest complaint is that you don't get the certificate of completion via email. It has to be mailed to you..,and lucky for us, there was some, "glitch" that caused it to be delayed for about another week. Needless to say, although we tried like heck to have my daughter get her license as close to her 16th birthday as possible, sue to the "glitch" and non-immediate certificate, it took almost an extra month. If you're in a hurry, don't use this service. If you don't care, it was fine

I had to take my permit test twice, but I did pass after the second time. Also, it only took 10ish hours for me to complete the course, the rest was just keeping the tab open while doing other stuff.
