Before I was away on vacation, I contacted customer service regarding the cutting quality of the replacement blade I purchased. I am embarrassed to say that I mistakenly reinstalled the old blade, and funny enough, it didn't cut well. I have only just returned yesterday and haven't had a chance to try the new blade. But I have no doubt that if the , your customer service department will help.

The website states reStocking fees will be charged for special order items. The item I ordered was not a special order so I should have received a 100% refund. To make matters worse, they took a 25% restocking fee on the sales tax I was charged! I'm looking into if this is allowed. Customer service was zero help and kept saying 'That's our policy'. She also asked if I called in before returning the product. I didn't because the website specifically states you don't have to call if you are returning something.

Product quality was okay. However, I returned the item and was charged a 25% restocking fee! They even kept 25% of the tax I paid on the item. On the return page of their website they only mention a restocking fee for special order items. And this was not a special order item. I will never buy from this site again.
