I had no real issues with the customer support. Shipping was quick and the product was packed well and exactly as ordered. My issue was that it took 11 days from order placement to shipping notification. This was for an item showing to be in stock, my frustration was why did it take 11 days to put it in a box and ship it? With that kind of service it is no wonder that people go to Amazon or somewhere else.
