As a first time customer of Display Shop USA, I would have loved a smoother experience. I was extremely skeptical about making such a large purchase; AND, I had a hard deadline. In comparison to other vendors, I've had a more "assured" experience. However, once connecting with a live person, the rep was extremely attentive and they came through... on time and my product was amazing.
