Prev. customer - easy to find past orders! Nice attention from the sales people, they're very helpful. It's probably a good idea in these "challenging times" to find out ahead of time whether or not products are in stock and shipping. The first time I ordered these, they were slightly backordered, since then it's gotten worse. It may be a vendor thing. This order was meant to facilitate a replacement while I RMA a defective switch. I don't have the new one yet, hence the ratings. Other products from DHA - if in stock - show up.
